Our History
AMW Container Rental & Sales LLC is a family owned business located in Bluford, Illinois. The business began in 2017 when I, Andrew Weaver, met a gentleman who encouraged me to start dealing in containers. I was interested. At the time I was self-employed, delivering storage sheds for a local shed company. I had been doing that for a few years and discovered that work got a little slim during the winter months. So I decided to buy a few containers and give it a try.
After all, I already had a truck, Mule, and a shed trailer that could be made to work for containers. Today, I’m still delivering sheds for the same company and obviously still dealing in containers. I relish the challenge of both businesses. I also enjoy the privilege of meeting new people throughout the day. Thanks to God the container business has grown and now it’s four of us working together. AMW Container would not be where it is today without hardworking, trustworthy employees!
Our Services
Container Sales: AMW Container offers a full line of new and used containers. Not only do we offer them; we have them in stock. This means you can come to any one of our lots and look them over inside and out and decide if a container is what you want. If so, you can pick one out and we deliver that exact box. No surprises that way! We also deliver and set-up. With our little Mule machine, we can keep the truck on the road or driveway and wheel the container into place. No need to back the truck and trailer across your yard. AMW Container values residential and commercial customers alike. We need both of you!
Container Rental: AMW Container has a rental fleet to solve your temporary storage needs. We have single and double door containers in both 20’ and 40’ sizes available for rent. Our quality boxes are guaranteed to be watertight, mouse proof, and easy to lock. Store your valuables with confidence! We are thankful to serve both residential and commercial customers. From that 20’ rental behind your house to the twenty 40’ rentals in a Walmart parking lot - we want to serve you both!
Office Rental and Sales: AMW Container now offers container offices. There are many uses for mobile container offices; Job sites, shows, businesses, etc. Our offices are finished out with heat and air conditioning, windows, doors, a desk, and whatever you want, mostly.
We can divide and configure an office container however you wish. Storage/office combos, office/office combos, office/lunchroom, full office, etc. Another advantage of a container office over a traditional jobsite trailer office is the ground level aspect. Why climb a shaking set of steps to get to your office when you can walk straight in? Container offices are also more secure then a office trailer. Our boxes are equipped with quality locks, steel doors, and barred windows.
Wholesale: AMW Container also wholesales to other container dealers across the Midwest. Over the years, we have developed connections and relationships to make it possible to supply boxes to dealers at a competitive price.
